* This role was a temporary assignment and my main duties involved; * Answering high volume of inbound calls * Excellent telephone manner * Helping a diverse range of customers with general banking queries and processes * Comply with strict company standards and guidelines * Accurately record notes on in house database * Arrange meetings for customers when needing specialist help * Identify cross-sell opportunities and highlight to relevant department * Excellent knowledge of RBS banking procedures and products

* This role involved; * Handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls on a predictive dialler * Working within FSA standards and company policies * Target focussed * Strong focus on customer service setting up financial solutions plans for vulnerable customers * Negotiation with customers to obtain sufficient repayments * Ability to tailor service to customers’ needs and overcome objections * Calmly and professionally handle queries from hostile customers * Excellent knowledge of all financial solution plans

* This role was part time for 2 years while i was attending sixth form, then 1 year full time. * I currently work for henry schein during half term periods. * The roles main duties involved; * Stock cycling and replenishment * Using JD Edwards system for all warehouse processes, from clearing errors on pending orders to transferring and checking stock levels. * Responding to email queries from customer services. * Picking and packing orders * Booking in new orders onto the system.

This role involved three different roles within itself, from working on the gatelines helping passengers onto the next stage of their journey and providing any information required. Working in the ticket office which would involve recommending the best offerings and southeastern products which could benefit the customer, as well as cashing up the ticket machines, tills and dealing with the change deliveries and cash collections. The final role was a supervisory role, making sure the station was fully manned at all times, communicating with all other stations arranging special travel arrangements and taking the lead of customer information during periods of disruption.
