Adam Curry
Director Business Strategy - AI Business Solutions @ Microsoft
About
I lead business strategy at Microsoft, focused on turning AI ambition into measurable customer and field outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of Copilot adoption, cloud endpoints, renewals, and go-to-market execution—partnering closely with engineering, field leadership, and customer success teams to drive impact at scale. I specialize in: Translating AI strategy into executable field motions Driving wall-to-wall Copilot and productivity adoption Aligning sales, CS, and engineering around customer outcomes Using data, dashboards, and risk signals to reduce revenue at risk I’m passionate about helping teams move from experimentation to repeatable, enterprise-ready AI value—and building the operating models that make that possible. 20+ years in technology — from unified communications and telephony infrastructure to modern work to AI. I've helped businesses design and implement communication strategies across on-premises and cloud, and co-founded The Microsoft Teams Users Group (teamsug.com), building a community of subject matter experts across the US. The thread connecting all of it: making complex technology work for real people in real businesses. I write about AI strategy, Copilot adoption, and what I'm seeing across enterprise customers. Follow along if you're figuring this out too.
