As Founder and Director of AXV Audio Visual, a trading company of PCL Live, I continue to build on the legacy of our UK-based AV production business, delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions for installations, live events, streaming, video, and digital signage. With over 20 years’ experience in AV, I bring a real passion for doing things differently. Before starting PCL Live, I played football at a semi-professional level. That experience taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, and trust. Lessons I carry into how I run the business today. I believe strong teams and collaboration are key to success, whether with my colleagues or clients. In just three years, PCL Live grew into an award-winning business known for innovation, customer service, and community impact. Through AXV Audio Visual, we continue that tradition, providing tailored AV solutions across sectors including energy, healthcare, government, events, and education. Sustainability and inclusion remain at the heart of what we do, from reducing emissions on projects to launching Pathways, our mentorship programme supporting new talent in AV. Alongside running the business, I serve as a board member at Maggie’s Aberdeen, supporting families affected by cancer in our region. Supporting good causes is something I’m deeply passionate about. I work closely with organisations across Aberdeen and Scotland to help elevate their fundraising efforts through both technology and our time, seeing firsthand the inspiring, humbling, and rewarding impact of these events.
