Daily Tasks • Create daily reporting tracking output and productivity by shift for every production line • Assist production improvement projects by identifying operational inefficiencies through statistical analysis • Forecast and track savings from productivity improvement projects Managed Production Move to Mexico • Created tactical plan to achieve the forecasted annual savings of $3 million • Identified mitigations to avoid inventory shortages and maintain the timeline • Facilitated communication between both locations to ensure clarity of the timeline and activities necessary to maintain the project schedule

Daily Tasks • Set companywide stocking policies and inventory strategies • Forecast all raw materials and finished good inventory levels to assist in long term financial planning • Create standardized inventory reporting and metrics for implementation of the SIOP process • Performed an ABC analysis for companywide finished goods that has reduced inventory $900K while maintaining 90% service levels • Reduced slow moving and obsolete inventory by $2.2 million Leadership • Led a four man team to help fix inventory issues at a sister facility • Implemented a new service stocking strategy and oversaw the implementation • Improved pick time from 30 minutes to less than one minute

• Schedule production timing to efficiently meet demand and work order dates • Re-purpose defective rework into good product to use for customer orders • Train new interns while mentoring and assisting in their development

• Saved over three hundred thousand dollars by reducing rework inventories • Schedule work orders for all thermal wip to ensure the proper utilization of rework • Communicate with engineers to plan trial work orders • Train new interns to help adjust them to the system and processes as quick as possible

• Coordinated the flow of pallets, and racks of water onto semi-trailers, leading the right amount being loaded efficiently on each trailer • Loaded route trucks, ensuring the quality of product • Used Spanish with non-English speakers to ensure clear understanding of roles at work • Regularly stayed late to make sure all the necessary work was finished

I am currently a Senior at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and I am getting two degrees, one in Spanish, and the other in Supply Chain Management. I earned 6 credits of intensive Spanish from the University of Salamanca while receiving an A in every class there.
