About
I am a very driven and ambitious person; I have used these principles to guide my career since I started as an intern. I have always viewed every role I have been given as a new opportunity for growth and have always tried to take on as many different roles as possible. This mentality has provided me many different experiences and exposed me to many different facets of business and operations. Another benefit these opportunities have provided me is the ability to communicate with multiple employees throughout the organizations I have worked for. I have worked with employees that work on the line and have also had to report out to executive leadership on projects I have taken part in. All of this has given me many opportunities to improve my communication abilities and be able to tailor my message to whoever I am talking to. I am a self-proclaimed supply chain nerd and love every aspect of it and the challenges it presents. I view it as a large puzzle that is waiting to be solved, there are multiple areas where every supply chain can be improved, they just need to be identified. One of my favorite activities is analyzing data and seeing where the results lead to. With data, I have been able to repeatedly drive improvements and cost reductions.
