Senior Capstone Project * Team leader and lead programmer. * Built an autonomous stair climbing and line tracing robot in 3 months. * Designed custom line sensor circuitry specifically to meet our requirements. * Developed unique algorithm for line following. Wrote/implemented code using this algorithm in C on an HCS12 microprocessor. * Created timeline, bill of material, organized meetings, collected data and produced reports. Other School Projects * Designed a unique line following vehicle using photo-transistors. Code was written in C, and implemented on a Wytec Dragon12-Plus board with the HCS12 microprocessor. * Designed a small video game in which the user is to guide a spaceship, by using a mouse, through a tunnel while avoiding falling obstacles. This was implemented onto a Digilent Nexys2 FPGA board using VHDL. * Using Simulink and Matlab, a camera tracking system was designed. It was implemented on a dsPIC microcontroller.
