My job role was to support the Team Manager in the running of the department and to step up in the absence of the Team Manager. This includes managing the department hours and making sure the team hit its daily targets and KPI in Argos fully automated distribution centre which a total space of 52.000 m and a high bay area of 90.000 pallet storage locations on 500.000 m

My role was the unloading of stock from containers to pallets and to do QC checks on all the stock. I was Good's In Co-ordinator. My job role was to make work available for the team to hit the daily and the weekly targets, assisting the team leader in the running of the department.

Duties were to assist the manager in the day to day running of the department; from the setting up of the department, to the closing down of the department at the end of the day.
