Vendor management across numerous functions of an outsourced model - responsible for front office support, quarterly and annual vendor reviews and scorecards; individually oversee 35+ data vendors or service providers Leverage objective metrics and gather internal subjective consensus for regular contract reviews, negotiating cost, terms, SLAs, and KPIs with third parties and managing legal review before execution.

Full time six month internal rotation - full immersion into fundamental equity research including creating DCFs, relative valuations, examining sell side models, and meeting with company executives or key customers. Worked across sectors with some specialization in healthcare/biotech and industrials, where I was able to add value by automating charting/reporting of pharmaceutical data and improving massive proprietary datasets with macros/VBA to reduce latency. Designed and implemented tools using html and VBA to webscrape data that was previously manually looked up and entered.

* Equity research and reviews of intern and analyst research for the annual reconstitution and quarterly rebalances; use of company 10-K, 10-Q, prospectus, proxy statement, and discussions with investor relations personnel * Complex corporate action research, including international companies and constant, diligent monitoring of news, a 3000+ security Bloomberg portfolio, and other market data sources * Oversight of daily index production and a team of 10 analysts responsible for producing 550+ daily deliverables under strict deadlines with 99.8% + accuracy * Performance calculations and modeling with indexes and custom indexes * Leadership of major aspects of the annual Russell Index reconstitution, including project management of a team of eight interns responsible for researching over 17,000 items with 99.96% accuracy during 90-100 hour weeks * Timely troubleshooting and resolution of operations and complex production issues using SQL

Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of reconciliation for separate, sub-advised, commingled and ETF accounts. Training of new staff, assisting with complex reconciliations and research of issues with derivatives (Futures, Forwards, Options, Swaps) Monitoring workflow, assignments, and daily workloads; compiling metrics related to the team and suggesting/implementing process changes
