Responsible for the day to day running of the store. Making sure the store was well merchandised with hero products in prime spots. Informing members of staff of the hero products to usb and training new members of staff on technologies and sales techniques. Responsible for ordering stock from vendors/our central warehouse. Creating marketing material to advertise our products online and in press. Managed many different customer appreciation nights with training seminars to keep them coming back to store.

My role involved managing my accounts on a day-to-day basis. I was involved in sourcing new brands. I managed these brands and worked with other members of the retail team to get these brands listed in their retail accounts as well as my own.

Responsible for managing most of the technology categories including Imaging, Connected Health & Home, Accessories, Software and many more. I am responsible for the marketing of all my categories on all media types. I create the marketing plan and pull in resources from the marketing team to help execute the plan. Full P&L responsibility for my categories. I work with suppliers and brands on a daily basis to ensure we are getting the most from them to deliver a positive result for all involved. I have a buying co-ordinator reporting to me who manages the day-to-day aspects of some smaller categories.
