Acquired and restructured a live-action escape room and virtual reality entertainment facility in Plant City, Florida. Rebuilt staff entirely and redesigned core operational processes following acquisition. Currently serves as primary facilitator across four themed escape rooms and a dual-arena free-roam VR center operating PICO 4 headsets. Developed and implemented a structured educational enrichment program with curriculum-connected learning objectives, student debrief frameworks, and printed learning worksheets for each experience. Manages all marketing, booking systems, staff development, and day-to-day operations.

My coaching come in two targeted areas, but unlimited forms. I am dedicated to helping people become financially free by focusing on those who are living that paycheck to paycheck life that I lived and by helping those who are ready to get to the next level in their real estate career. When it comes to personal finance, my job is to help you understand and take control of your finances. I lived paycheck to paycheck for a long time and it wasn’t until someone came into my life and helped me see through the weeds that I made a difference in what I was doing. I became a driven, successful investor and business owner and I have a passion for helping people get out of their own way and take charge of their future just like I did. I know what it’s like to buy one meal instead of groceries because I didn’t have the plan in place to afford groceries. I know what it’s like to have that tire blow out and wonder how you were going to pay for that and still put gas in your car. I want to make sure you never have to have that feeling again! I’m passionate in this pursuit. After I got my head out of… ok, after I learned what I was doing wrong with personal finances, I was unleashed into a world of investing that I never knew was there. I immersed myself in education for four years (read this as… WAY too long) before I finally got into a coaching program and was pushed to take action. Within 6 months I found partners and bought my first investment property, a 62 unit apartment! I’ll never stop investing as this point and I have been through the ringer with partners, contractors, property managers, banks, etc. I want to ensure you do not make the same mistakes I did but have even more successes. Coaching people on real estate is something I have a passion for and I’m excited to keep people motivated and build successes. I never want you to go through what I did, but I know coaching is a mandatory part of success. Let’s build that successful future together!

In this role I am the managing partner and investment specialist for the RAL Capital Group. I analyze, underwrite, and purchase investment properties and I provide investors a valuable opportunity for diversification, solid return on investment, and great tax benefits. I have purchased over 300 doors in multifamily and with my partners we have well over 1,000 doors. Our experience in multifamily and multifamily educations lends perfectly to connecting with investors looking for stronger and safer investments.

Helped build and scale a military-focused financial education company from inception to over 7 figures in annual revenue. In the role of Multifamily Education Chief, co-created the company's core educational curriculum by designing program structure, learning objectives, and instructional materials delivered across multiple formats including individual coaching sessions, small group mentorship, self-paced online courses, and live workshops. Personally coached and mentored hundreds of students, developing and refining instructional approaches based on measurable student outcomes. Co-produced an annual in-person education conference, managing speaker programming, curriculum integration, and attendee learning experience. I took over as the COO, expanding scope to include instructor hiring and training, operational systems, and organizational scaling. Exited via sale in October 2025.
