I provided subject-matter expertise and was responsible for risk project management, enterprise collateral risk policy, valuation regulatory compliance, and property/property valuation risk across the enterprise. Serve as Director of Operations and Chief Appraiser, reporting directly to the SVP of Operations. Serve as the enterprise fraud officer, member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Council, Investigations Committee, and Risk Committee. • Key collateral valuation and business leader working cross-functionally in the development and execution of housing risk appetite, credit policy, and operational processes. Experience with customer facing interaction, working with housing equity stakeholders, industry trade groups, Government Sponsored Enterprises, and regulators. • Experience includes leadership of diverse business functions and operational units with responsibility for unit strategy, execution, and budget accountability. The Appraisal Foundation is a Congressionally authorized non-profit organization that establishes and maintains appraisal standards and qualifications for real estate appraisers and other valuation disciplines. Its boards are responsible for setting congressionally-authorized standards and qualifications for real estate appraisers and provide voluntary guidance for all valuation professionals. Served as a Board Member in roles Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chair of multiple operating committees. The Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of the organization. It appoints members and provides financial support and oversight to two independent Boards: the Appraiser Qualifications Board and the Appraisal Standards Board.

Mortgage Information Services, Inc. is a national title, appraisal and closing company offering real estate services to mortgage lenders on national level. As part of the senior leadership team, reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer. • Handled leading diverse business functions and operational units. • Managed leading the national appraisal operations and compliance functions for the appraisal management company. • Resolved escalated and complex appraisal situations, performed appraisal quality control/compliance reviews on a national level, and managed customer relations. • Held full budgeting and financial management responsibility. Span of leadership included responsibility for the following business functions: • Appraisal review department. • Customer service department. • Appraisal order processing, vendor management, vendor assignment.
