Oversees new growth in Military and Veteran Health Programs by ensuring alignment of ManTech’s capabilities with the needs of the supported agencies in order to advance their mission.

Assist in oversight of existing DHA and VA programs, to support pre-award and post-award transition activities on submitted proposals, and to support future bid and proposal efforts through subject matter expertise. ● Supports the $51M ($34M annual) DHA D2D Staffing Support contract by providing direct management for 101 FTEs at 73 facilities spread across 21 States, one territory and six foreign countries ● Oversees implementation, performance, risk mitigation, and Governance to ensure deadlines, cost targets, and standards are met. Plans project stages and establishes knowledge transfer and documents for contract transition-out. Establishes continuous DHA Customer feedback documentation. ● Manages full lifecycle of personnel from ManTech and 20 subcontractors from hiring, transition-in, employee performance, and transition-out of personnel across 70 facilities both CONUS and OCONUS. ● Serves as a liaison with the D2D program executive office and regional operations centers to staff positions and coordinate onboarding while resolving any issues.

Synchronized plans and operations for worldwide network and information technology service delivery for 225K personnel. Commanded an Airborne Forward Surgical Team which provides field surgical care for deployable military units and support to civil authorities in disaster. Consistently rated in the top ten percent of directors. -Completed a pivot of the specialized trauma medicine team from homeland disaster response to a warfighting operations mission forty-five days early -Developed an innovative team-based clinical training in which members completed 300% more hands-on medical training than required Teamed with an area support medical company, the 51st Chem Co and 83rd Chem Bn to complete a series of training missions in urban areas throughout Fayetteville in order to maintain readiness for DOD Chem, Bio, Radiological and Nuclear Response Force - Reached across divisions and established close relationships with Global Response Force mission partners resulting in the FST's participation in two additional multi-echelon exercises prior to the culminating event at the Joint Readiness Training Center. - The FST’s recognized expertise resulted in them being singled out to perform grader and mentor duties for two deploying units. The 274th was asked to provide both clinical and leadership personnel to teach, coach and mentor a failing unit into a deployable status.

In charge of the communications, computers and information management systems support of the 1,800 Soldier, 27 branch organization across three states. Worked across organizational and division lines to rapidly establish communication and computer systems support with 20 subordinate units on 10 military installations working across the country

Provided technical laboratory support and quality consultancy services to four laboratories and ten principal investigators for interventional clinical trials and epidemiological studies. -Developed, implemented and managed quality improvement programs for all US Army labs within East Africa. Ensured compliance with a variety of US and international standards including FDA and WHO/ISO 15198. Labs successfully accredited, completed a malaria vaccine study and multiple HIV studies -Provided voluntary consultative services to Kenyan provincial hospitals improving quality and accuracy of laboratory results with no increase in costs

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, availability, stability and security of the DoD’s global electronic health record (EHR) systems, for 9.5 million beneficiary records, and 110,000 system users. Coordinated and advised on activities directly with senior executives and mission partners. Directed a cross-functional team of 12 program support personnel and 400+ contracted personnel on a $93M/year integration contract -Decreased system downtime for the DOD’s global electronic health record by 78% saving millions -Implemented remote management resulting in faster more efficient upgrades and sustainment; saved $200K annually -Standardized the DoD’s inpatient medical record with an on schedule on budget deployment to 17 facilities - PM for sustainment and enhancement of DoD's deployed medical record TC2; initiated TC2 GUI contract to move away from CLI to modern web interface -Responsible for all phases of software development life cycle for AHLTA and CHCS, the DOD's electronic medical record -Managed competing stakeholder interests through the software development lifecycle to successfully integrate high visibility projects into the DOD's EHR baseline such as wounded warrior compensation, VA-DOD integrated disability evaluation system and the neurocognitive assessment tool (TBI) -Deployed the DOD’s outpatient EHR, AHLTA and CHCS, at the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center

Provided technical laboratory support and quality consultancy services to four laboratories and ten principal investigators for interventional clinical trials and epidemiological studies. -Served as the manager and medical technologist in charge of clinical laboratory services including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, microbiology, genetic testing, and blood banking. In charge of quality improvement programs and maintaining accreditation with multiple agencies. -Progressively assigned to laboratories of increasing size and complexity. -Deployed to Afghanistan with 48th Combat Support Hospital, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. -Presented at The Society of Armed Forces Medical Laboratory Scientists conferences on advanced information systems use and deployment lessons learned.

The Information Technology Management degree results from an interdisciplinary, graduate-level, master's program integrating mathematics, accounting, economics, statistics, computer science, information systems, communications engineering, networks, and management disciplines. The curriculum provides students with knowledge of information systems technology to include computer and telecommunications systems, software engineering, networked and distributed applications, database management systems, and decision support systems. Students also must gain proficiency in information systems, economics, and management necessary for the critical management decisions needed in the development and utilization of complex and evolving computer-based systems.
