Chief of Staff for 96th Troop Command comprised of 1,330 Soldiers with a worldwide deployable service support mission. Supervise a multi-functional staff of over 50 personnel with 6 primary direct reports including HHC Commander in garrison, field, domestic, and combat operations. Responsible for Military Decision Making Process and synchronizing all staff actions to support the commander's intent and execution of operational strategies to support domestic operations and mobilization requirements. Advises the commander and serves in their absence as required.

Manages the day-to-day base support and long-term construction/maintenance requirements for the Washington Army National Guard. Acquires, engineers, constructs, maintains, modifies, repairs, leases, and dispose of real property including land, readiness centers, training centers, surface and air maintenance facilities and other logistics structures, to include associated roads, parking lots, and utility systems, including those involving agreements with other components and services. Provide development, implementation, management, and direction of the statewide ARNG Real Property, Construction, Facilities Management, and Environmental programs within the directorate of a complex multi-million dollar program.

Business Manager for WA ARNG Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Contract Management Branch. Supervises and provides oversight of the Resource Management Team, Real Property Team and contract employees of the directorate. Provides oversight of federal funds used to execute state ARNG facilities programs and contractual expenditures. Provides programmatic analysis and oversight of the state’s execution of contracts reimbursed with federal funds.

Operations Officer (S3) responsible for the planning, operations and training management for an Armored Brigade Combat Team comprised of one Armor Battalion, one Cavalry Squadron, one Field Artillery Battalion, one Brigade Support Battalion, and one Brigade Special Troops Battalion.

Executive Officer for Digital Liasion Detachment O-6 Command unit that provides liaison capability to the Army Forces/Joint Task Force commander with major subordinate commands, Allied Coalition Force Commands Joint Task Force and other U.S. services.

Serves as a principal advisor to the CFMO regarding resource management. Initiates, administers, and executes necessary actions for CFMO programs. Oversees and performs program analysis, including planning, programming, budgeting, funds allocation, procurement, accounts management, internal controls, and reporting. Coordinates project funding and approves special project funding requests. Provides expert guidance in the development and preparation of budget submissions, execution and closeout. Analyzes and interprets historical information and determines cost-factors for negotiated agreements.

Chief of Staff of an Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT). Supervise a multi-functional staff of over 50 personnel with six primary staff and three special staff direct reports including HHC Commander in garrison, field, and combat operations. Responsible for Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and synchronizing all staff actions. Implement the Brigade Commander's intent in the execution of operational strategies to support Domestic Operations and mobilized requirements. Supervise the Tactical Operations Center (TOC) and manage Officer assignments within the brigade. Advises the Brigade Commander and serves in their absence as required.

Commander of a Brigade Support Battalion comprised of seven company commands (Distribution Company, Maintenance Company, Medical Company, three Forward Support Companies, and Battalion Headquarters Company) and a primary staff element to conduct logistical support operations to support the mission of an Armored Brigade Combat Team.
