• Managing on-site construction staff, including the scheduling of subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers on the job to ensure that assigned projects are completed according to the contract documents and within the objectives set by the project schedule and budget. • Resolve day-to-day problems on the job site, inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and resolving construction problems. • Ensure that buildings are erected to the customer’s satisfaction, according to specifications and perform qualitative and quantitative control on the job site. • Participate in on site meetings; manage job site schedule and site record-keeping. • Ensure all activities on site are under Occupational Health & Safety Satisfaction.
