As a Project Manager within Halliburton’s Project Management division, I lead complex, multi-disciplinary drilling projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, safety standards, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated drilling projects, including well planning, engineering, execution, and post-job analysis -Coordinate cross-functional teams across drilling, directional drilling, logging, cementing, fluids, completions, coil tubing, tubular running services, fishing equipment and liquid mud plant to ensure seamless integration and performance -Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations, reporting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement. -Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies -Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a culture of safety and accountability -Utilize data-driven insights and digital tools to optimize drilling performance and reduce non-productive time (NPT)
