I have many years of experience in software development projects and ERP systems. As a project manager, I have participated in the development of custom CRM and other business applications, as well as the full implementation of an ERP system at a large company in Hungary, where the integration of manufacturing, commerce, procurement,production, warehouse management,APS, DMS, BI and ect. was achieved. During project management, I led teams of varying sizes, from the initial assessment phase of the project through to the starting phase and the operational phase afterward. In addition, I closely monitor changes in cybersecurity requirements. I am familiar with the requirements of ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-53 standards in terms of project planning and management as well.
