Summary: Born and raised in Texas, my journey with swimming began at a young age, whether it was on the river or at the beach. With a lifelong dedication to physical fitness, coaching naturally became my career path. Post college, I had the privilege of working with the United States Air Force, where I contributed to the development of some of America's finest Airmen. This experience instilled in me the value of servitude, a principle I carry into my coaching philosophy. Since returning to coaching in 2007, my passion for swimming and personal development has only deepened. I am driven by the opportunity to work with hard-working individuals and to impart the lessons of self-improvement. In my coaching approach, I emphasize the importance of adaptation and innovation. I believe in constantly reassessing our methods and embracing new techniques to refine our practice. As the Head Coach at Lone Star Aquatics INC, I am committed to developing well-rounded leaders who embody resilience, productivity, athleticism, coordination, and agility. I am responsible for designing and implementing leadership training, brand development, and curriculum for all LSAC coaches and athletes. With a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry, I strive to cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our organization.
