Responsible for delivering supply planning aspects for CEIP upgrade to the Australian Navy Hobart Class Destroyers.

Airbus were contracted to stand up the introduction of MRH90 into 6avn regiment and are responsible for the ongoing Sydney fleet maintenance organisation. High involvement of establishing the materials required to support maintenance by providing professional Customer liaison to multiple departments including Other operating units, various level Army delegates, maintenance planning, Airbus & defence technicians, Airbus MS&L identifying task spares required in achieving the high rate of effort supporting 100% capability aircraft operation. Forecast orders to supply serviceable maintenance spares and ensure role equipment availability to satisfy customer expectation. Establish Kanban BDS to support daily operational services, providing an efficient lean work environment. spares management ensuring every transaction is sourced at the best available supply option and timely processing of SAP sales orders to initiate BDS into MILLIS transaction processing into stock movements. In this position I lead all aspects of spares procurement,repairable item and freight management, subcontracts, hired labour supervision, SAP material/batch management, HSE reporting, and toolbox presentation, cyclic stock count management and reporting, ensuring a high standard of efficiency and quality throughout. • Gain extensive hands-on experience in SAP process system and daily lean management, visual management board updates (VMB), Gemba walks, Just in Time (JIT) principles to foster high levels of productivity. • Oversaw instrumental supplier negotiations to reduce pricing for aeronautical products for each C130H aircraft, gaining approval and ensuring meticulous purchasing management for the $2M+ costs per delivery • Successfully manage a MILIS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain a supply customer account (SCA), covering key commonwealth assests to be accountable on completion of the $5M+ program to prevent billing for missing assets. • Lead the effective delivery of 5 C130H to Indonesian Air Force over a 3-year period, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia ALSPO. • Collaborate with the Commonwealth of Australia ALSPO to process all Commonwealth held inventory unique spares for Indonesian sales contract., mitigating risk to RAAF receiving an Australian Tax Office (ATO) notice, managing all onward freight handling processes. • Supervise a 5-member team, covering all aspects of training, safety and mentorship to achieve maximised performance. • Build integral professional relationships with suppliers, Indonesian technical representatives, stakeholders, the maintenance team, program management, and various levels of defence personnel, creating clear communication channels to foster an environment that encourages teamwork and achieve all targets. • Effectively oversee risk management to reduce supply-related deficiencies and issues, pioneering innovative solutions to prevent future problems and increase efficiency.

Instrumental in this role, I supervised all aspects of fixed wing tool store, overseeing inventory management, warehouse operations, consumable stock replenishment, and unserviceable and temporary loan tool registers. Furthermore, led vendor managed inventory (VMI) and actioned brake down spares (BDS) management, controlling warehouse inventory levels, and employing MILIS to effectively complete the process. I also achieved TMS (Time Make Service) requirements through standardisation of (BDS) ordering of Bill of material (BOM) maintenance task kits. • Led the tool management project team to successfully enhance internal corrective action request (CAR) mitigating risk with regard to tool tag and tool management, improving accountability reporting systems. • Successfully oversaw the delivery of 50+ serviceable P3 Orion aircraft over 10 years on the program, guaranteeing spares, high quality tooling controls prior to test flights. • Initiated innovative point-of-use tooling cabinets, playing an instrumental role in the Commonwealth of Australia's request to reduce maintenance costs by 30% for P3 Orion program. • Pioneered KanBan reordering system throughout fixed wing aircraft maintenance, improving efficiency across all aspects of stock and inventory control. • Instrumental as the Tool Control Project Lead, liaising with stakeholders to gather the requirements and achieve objectives, increasing visibility and removing production waste to result in cost-savings. • Oversaw the design and establishment of a visual management process board within the supply store to clearly display daily targets and improve overall efficiency. • Meticulously recorded statistical data, sealant consumption to significantly enhance forecasting through the reduction of stock on hand (SOH) and better shelf-life management.

In this position, I delivered technical solutions and resolved queries for internal customers . Furthermore, I communicated with external suppliers to accurately schedule product delivery. I also liaised with internal customer stakeholders to resolve issues raised by the maintenance teams and ensure smooth logistics with regard to negotiating supplier parts. • Built key professional relationships with instrumental stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of contract service levels. • Significantly reduced costs across all business aspects, successfully maximising the heat treatment processes with vendors to enhance savings.
