I come from Hualien, have 2 years work experience in Large Shopping Website Called "PayEasy". My work content include IT desk help, service desk, user IT problem solve, system administrator for windows server, exchange server, antivirus server, project management, novice training, my most important value is advise best policy for user to Improvement their work efficiency, like useful software, even legal free software, and better operate mode, and teach them basic problem solve knowledge, it can reduce IT problem occur times actually. In my last work, PayEasy, I lower IT problem occur times for 60 percent, also have good relationship in user and manager. I love to activity with people, love to help user clear problem and see their smile, that is my one of my achievement. Although, I don't speak English as well as my mother Language, but I'm fast learner and will keep step in works. I'm hard worker ,ongoing person, love work in team and also have good work ethic, good manner. I’ ll try do my best for any time, for any job.
