Regional Manager for Alberta and the Northwest Territories in the Emergency Management Program Branch.

Three main roles are as the Ministry of Municipal Affairs' CMO, BCO and FERC. Consequence Management Officer (CMO): Responsible for the Consequence Management Plan (CMP) - ministry specific plan to deal with emergencies as they are occurring) and serving as the Ministry CMO representative in the Provincial Operations Centre (POC) during an activation. Business Continuity Officer (BCO): Responsible for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP - ministry specific plan to resume essential services in the event of a business disruption), serving as the BCO rep to the POC and for exercising the BCP. Facility Emergency Response Coordinator (FERC): Responsible for Facility Emergency Response Plans (FERPs - building specific emergency plans) for all buildings where Municipal Affairs is the primary occupant.

Primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing information pertaining to disaster/emergencies and provide notification up to the Ministerial level; Coordinating agency, municipal and supplementary services response to disasters; Coordinating with Emergency Management professionals throughout the province, including; Police, Fire, and Municipal employees; and Review policy and governmental regulations relating to emergency management.

Primarily responsible for managing the logistical and organizational aspects of the research program. Also responsible for preparing scientific content for grant applications and research protocol.

Administered psychometric tests to federal offenders. This testing was required to develop the offenders psychological profiles, which were then used to tailor rehabilitation program and for parole hearings.
