As a Senior Originator in Constellation Energy's Commodities Group, Adam is responsible for structuring and executing power transactions in the Texas and Midwest markets. Typical deals include long term load serving deals with public power customers, physical or financial offtake agreements with generators, weather contingent commodity hedges and commodity portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Origination, Adam spent two years in Constellation's Corporate Strategy and Development group where he gained experience valuing and executing corporate transactions including acquisitions and divestitures of plant assets and energy retailers. Through his experience, he has developed considerable knowledge of the energy industry with particular insight into asset pricing in the power sector. Prior to Constellation, Adam worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in their Principal Strategic Investments group. He supported the execution of several investments in the financial technology space. He also managed strategic relationships, in support of the Principal Strategic Investments portfolio companies.
