-Responsible in implementing BIM standards in the whole program. -Responsible in leading and recording regular weekly BIM meetings. -Track BIM progress of all Contractors in the program. -Ensure utilization of BIM technology in the development of sustainable solutions. -Ensure the utilization of BIM in all construction activities. -Review of Contractor's federated BIM models for compliance with Contract requirements and highlighting any significant design changes or non compliance. -Handles multiple sites in the whole program. -Reporting directly to the Project Director. -Close coordination with the client's BIM manager and ensure all instructions are carried out to the Contractors. -Close coordination with the Contractor's BIM manager. -Review of all shop drawings, related to clashes. -Assist QS department. -LOD300 to LOD500 scope of works.

 Develop the design concept model for the submission of DC1 & DC2 package. o Update walls, floors, ceiling, façade, landscape, finishes, etc. as per the mark-ups from Architect. o Update STR Slabs, Foundation, Column, I-Beams, etc. as per mark-ups from STR engineer.  Ensure the level of BIM resolution for design development.  Ensure necessary models have been received and checked.  Manage all models and level of detail.  Maintain consolidated central model.  Ensure that the BIM system provides the tools, process and support for the BIM manager.  Ensure that BIM data is compatible, consistent and accurate.  Responsible in preparing the package for submission.  Export documents from BIM such as PDF, DWG & DWF.  Prepare clash report. (NWD, NWC, NWF)  Create shared parameters, parametric families as required.  Prepare views and update filters in the model.  Prepare schedule of quantities for BOQ.  Update & prepare sheets in the model. Create new sheets when required.  Responsible in preparing all required BIM documents for submission such as (metadata, checklist, drawing list, etc.)  Review model for any coordination issues.

• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators in the project. • Assist in preparing Construction & As-built models. • QA all models received from Designer (SENER) as per the list below. o Title Block (Revision, Discipline, Status, etc.) o Project Base point o Approved Revit Template o Element aligned to 4D Sequence o Annotation Checking (Lines, Text, Dimensions, etc.) o Uniclass o Warnings cleared o Splash screen • Handles Cobie/MMS for ARC, STR & MEP models. • Directly coordinating with the design team in Spain (SENER Company). • Directly coordinating with the Main Contractor’s BIM Coordinators. • Provide Design/construction support. • Provide metadata, configuration list to Main Contractor as per request. • Produce clash report. • Handle all the Revit settings in the project. • Solve all errors regarding Revit in the project. • Provide necessary Revit family as requested. • Provide Material take-off. • Provide Quantity schedule as requested by engineers or departments. • Handles all Builders work for construction. • Checking of all Shop drawings from Sub-contractor. • Rendering

Coordination of MEP services, such as Mechanical, PUH (Drainage, Plumbing, Fire Suppression), Electrical ( Low Voltage, Automation system, Lighting, Power, Earthing and Lightning Protection) to avoid any clashes. Handle the preparations of all the openings of MEP services. Making sure that all services has enough space as per standard basis. I also prepare the delivery routes of all the equipment. Using Revit 2014 and Autocad 2014.

Junior Revit Modeller in the company, provide details and sketches in revit model. *Solve clashes in revit. *Layout of MEP for shop drawings and as-builts. *Handles creation of parametric family for MEP services. *Take instruction directly from MEP manager. Professional in using Autocad 2013.

Responsible for drafting MEP layouts. Handles all MEP drawings in the project, making of shop drawings and as-builts. Coordinate with the engineers for all the updates in site. Assist engineers in checking the actual and assist with installation of all MEP services. Professional in using Auto CAD 2010-2012.
