Responsible for trade compliance work in China & Greater Asia: 1. Approval and project implementation (FTA application; HTS classification; COO identification and marking; Customs valuation; CCC application and exemption...); 2. Provide annual TC in person trainings include US export control and local laws/regulation; 3. Issue and update local procedures and guideline to ensure fully compliant in daily operations; 4. Conduct TC internal audit and develop risk mitigation solutions and controls with business team; 5. Regional TC team structure & communication; 6. TC integration for new entities in regions. Legal function and cross-functional support in China & Greater Asia: 1. Edit Compliance Post which was targeted to all China and GA staffs to emphasize the importance of Ethics & Compliance on a quarterly basis; 2. Support regional 3rd party due diligence review program and training; 3. Secretary of regional ECRB (Ethics & Compliance Report Board); 4. Lean coordinator to support CI projects.

Responsible for TC framework in China

1. Responsible for HS classification and mapping file maintenance; 2. Key member of customs reconciliation project including monthly balance, variance analysis, cycle count, bonded warehouse management; 3. Responsible for non-bonded processing & duty exemption application; 4. Project implementation and training to staffs such as HS classification, COO definition and marking, CCC exemption for spare part distributing center outsides FTZ and non-bonded processing; 5. Participate in internal bonded processing system design; 6. Responsible for customs system maintenance and training to the team to standardize the customs declaration. 7. Special cases: CCC procedure for spare parts center and customs valuation case for molding.

Responsible for order to cash including purchasing order creation; international transport and customs clearance; monthly closing and special trade arrangement. Responsible for indirect purchasing for Lincoln Electric Company Shanghai Representative office, especially for annual Essen Show（an industry exhibition）.

Support BMW import declaration and logistics management.
