1. Update price weekly, and review the domestic and foreign market situation with the product manager every week； 2. Develop new suppliers in China Taiwan and Japan； 3. Timely follow up and solve product quality problems； 4. In addition to develop Japan and Taiwan, we also need to develop factories in Mainland China and find the best quotation to support our business; 5. To understand logistics costs of different routes and market changes, and timely feedback to sales in different regions when the freight is adjusted to ensure the best logistics costs; 6. Should react quickly once market has some changes. 7. Once receiving sales inquiry, timely reply with the best price I can. Also need to follow up the feedback from customer side. Remember to share the information with supplier which provide the offer. 8. Review with PM about product market situation regularly. 9.Negotiation with supplier about the formula/ contract price.

•Responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, reporting to the Raw Materials Manager of China, worked on the enquiry, request for quotation, analysis, release PO, tracking delivery date. •Customs clearance for import goods, collecting B/L documents, checking logistic information, arrange payment. •Developing new suppliers for NPI and localization projects, built sourcing database with a supplier performance rating & scoring system. •Participated in the online of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system, acted as the key user of Suzhou and Changzhou plant, responsible for the maintenance of procurement module and conducting regular reporting via data analysis. •Collaborate with other departments to implement effective, supply chain and supplier performance management and cost analysis. Achievements: •Successfully developed six new suppliers, completed the batch trial production and plant certification program with the consideration of the prices, capacity levels, product quality and on time rate. •Performed cost analysis, localization, supplier negotiations and provided IBC recycling barrels, resulting cost down of 0.8-1 million yuan in 2015 and 1-1.2 million yuan in 2016. •Formulated the monthly performance reports, including the information on EBITDA, average RMC / Sales, raw material turnover days, Incoming quality conforming rate with a 100% or more completion rate.

•Responsible for the procurement of caprolactone monomer and alkyl methacrylates as well as a small amount of water-based materials. Promoted to Buyer due to excellent working performance. •Completed procurement 240 tons of caprolactone monomer ($784,000) and 1000 tons of alkyl methacrylate ($1860,000). •Coordinate activities relating to supplier management between multiple operational departments, including techniques, delivery, quality and production.
