• Founded order fulfillment company (3PL) and scaled from startup to acquisition, with 3 locations and 250+ employees. • Developed the framework necessary to run efficient and profitable 3PL company including evaluating and securing systems, equipment, software applications, personnel, permits, licenses, etc. • Directed Sales Department and assisted in prospecting, pricing deals, and closing new client business. • Oversaw Client Services Department consisting of Junior and Senior Account Managers who acted as liaisons between clients and warehouses, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction at every level. • Created and maintained positive, healthy, and enthusiastic corporate culture by developing an environment that encouraged open communication, collaboration, and respect, where everyone’s ideas and efforts were valued and considered.
