Fulfillment Center Design and Construction (Visalia, CA) Designed and set up the company’s largest fulfillment center in the western region three months ahead of schedule. Directly managed and oversaw the design, construction, WMS implementation, hiring of staff, and roll out. • Direct responsibility of an annual budget of $2M+ including headcount, wages, overtime, packaging supplies, shipping supplies, and capital expenditures. Branch/Plant Manager (Salinas, CA and Bakersfield, CA) Directly managed all plant and retail operations, including inside/outside sales, gas filling plant, DOT delivery (medical and hazmat) and retail. Trained and managed store transition of legacy software to JD Edwards at all CA stores. • Increased store sales by more than 30% by opening new sales channels and optimizing inside/outside sales representatives • Prepared facility in passing two FDA Level-A audits • Led annual physical inventory audits at all retail stores in western region

Led team leaders to deliver on store mission, strategic marketing and overall guest satisfaction while autonomously exceeding sales goals. • Functional areas of responsibility included Starbucks, Food Avenue, guest service, photo, cashiers and total store responsibility during leader on duty shifts. • Rapidly acquired comprehensive knowledge on store operations, logistics, personnel supervision and managing execution ensuring a great looking store.

• Coordinated maintenance plans to meet operational commitments and supervised launching, recovering and maintaining aircraft daily. • Responsibilities included: reviewing maintenance data collection summaries to determine trends, production effectiveness, budget control and mission reliability. • Managed alternate mission accounts and finished financial formalities on all purchases ensuring ordering was in budgetary needs to meet mission requirements, ultimately saving Air Force over $250K by eliminating previous wasteful spending. • Accomplished flight line operations manager through the daily use of maintenance database operating systems, software and network capabilities.
