Team lead for the Windows 10 deployment project at St. Joseph, St. Clare’s, St. Michael, and St. Anthony hospitals. Responsibilities include overseeing progress and resolving end user problems, as well as client interaction and being key point of contact for client questions about the upgrade. Responsible for deploying systems, migrating customer data over to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and setting up appropriate software/peripherals dependent on workstations, as well as imaging PCs to be sent out for deployment. I am a Google Workspace lead as well. My duties include transferring client data from Outlook to Google Workspace (Gmail), helping troubleshoot issues, and answering any questions that clients may have about the process.

Responsibilities included hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem solving. Performed data recovery, desktop and laptop hardware replacements, software installs and uninstalls, malware cleanups, and peripheral repairs such as headphones, keyboards, and mice.

Order, stock, and organize/face products. Keep overstock maintained, process shrink (spoilage), and keep the department faced. Help with the dry foods department and help clean up the area. In charge of rotating products according to First in, First out rule. Left due to professional differences and a better offer at Reno Computer Fix.
