Compensation: • Main contact person for all local HR Business Partners and managers on all compensation related topics • Independent execution of the annual salary review process, the performance management cycle and job evaluations • Governance function for HR colleagues in group companies abroad on remuneration issues, performance management and job evaluations • Cooperation with employee representatives on remuneration issues Senior HR Business Partner: • Global workforce planning • On-Campus Campaign for young E&P professionals • (External) Recruitment • Responsible throughout the entire employee lifecycle

• Advice and support for the senior management on HR products • Proactively bringing in the HR perspective in the context of strategic or change projects • Consultancy in Recruitment, considering personnel planning and internal personnel movements, • Independent implementation of the salary review for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements and non-tariff employees • Close and constructive cooperation with the local employee representatives

• Global Reporting • Global Standardization of HR Definitions • Technical and content-related conception of a global HR relevant questionnaire • Participation in the annual BASF Group Management Report • Participation in international HR Projects • Request and reports on demand
