• Managing and supervising five sections (Procurement, Inventory control, Customs & clearance, Fleet and Warehouse) with 20 permanent staff and 15 outsources employees. • Plan and coordinate all company procurement activities, including management of the tender process • Ensuring the company realizes savings from pricing negotiations and Group leverage • Manage the company fleet of vehicles with a view to maximize efficiency and minimize running costs • Put in place and maintain adequate security measures and systems to protect all company locations, property and installations • Ensure proper and smooth running of the customs and clearance process for all goods imported into or exported out of the country • Manage the relationship with courier companies and ensure associated activities are properly run on behalf of the company • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. • Motoring the un-need, old scraps equipment and get rid off it by auction when needed. • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning / forecasting. • Ensure that company’s procurement policies and procedures are being followed throughout the organization. Report violations to Management and Audit committee. • Provide inputs to the Management to assess Supplier Performance rating which is very important in management’s decision on any vendor. • Manage goods/ services supplies by building efficient communication channels with suppliers and proper coordination with others groups to meet expectations and minimizing the inventory holding cost on company cash flow

• Develop and manage Materials Planning function. • Create integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning process. • Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems. • Manage and supervise staff tasked with creating material requirement plans and/or forecasts. • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning / forecasting. • Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management. • Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels & liabilities within the Supply Chain. • Develop a scheduling strategy that meets organizational supply metrics while also allowing the business units to meet financial commitments. • Accountable for maintaining relationships with suppliers through Supplier Management function & key customers to ensure that objectives of component quality, cost & continuity of supply are met. • Manage effective administration of Procurement process from the issuance of requisition to the receivable of the goods/ services. • Ensure that company’s procurement policies and procedures are being followed throughout the organization. • Monitor and follow up distributors’ orders in Stock Application with finance & Warehouse. • Monitor and follow up with Administration division regarding distributors’ orders to regions. • Daily, weekly and monthly reports for the distributors’ purchases. • Handle distributors’ complains. • Monitor and follow up free lines, staff lines and direct sales procedures. • Supervise daily & monthly Sales store 1 report. • Monitor and follow up free lines, staff lines and direct sales procedures. • Monitor & follow up Sales Store Transactions (Promotional Materials) • Coordinator & follow up with marketing division regarding sales promotional materials. • Issue and follow up MRFs for promotional materials and telecom products. • Monitor and follow up main warehouse status regarding telecom products. • Follow up activation request with IN Department (IT Division). • Monitor & Follow up PRS/ Application. • Responsible for delivery of scanned subscribers’ Contracts to Customer Care Division in PRS Application. • Managing to the returned MTN products from the Market. • Perform Ad-Hoc duties directed by management

• Receive payment and Issue orders to distributors on Stock Application. • Forward orders & payment to finance for approval. • Notify warehouse to prepare orders. • Follow up the orders with finance and warehouse. • Follow up with finance distributors commission and pending balance. • Receive payment & contracts from Direct Sales Department. • Issue retail sales in Stock application & Payment System. • Forward Direct Sales Cash to finance. • Forward Direct Sales contracts to Customer care for activation. • Follow up activation procedure. • Responsible of issuance free lines & staff lines in stock application and Payment System. • Responsible of Sales store1 inventory. • Place orders with Warehouse to provide company’s products for sales store 1. • Provide Direct Sales with Kits. • Provide Customer Care (Legal Section) with information. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports. • Daily distributors, retail sales, Sales Store1 transaction, free lines and staff lines report. • Performs Ad-Hoc duties directed by management.

• Preparing Sales statistical reports. • Coordinating with commercial departments. • Trade Marketing. • Provide information and data in accordance with defined templates, timetables and requirements. • Work with defined systems and processes and identify opportunities to improve the reporting systems. • Perform Ad-hoc duties assigned by Line Manager.

• Built & maintained sustainable business relations with POS including database collection presenting company products, pricing and offers. • Worked as a single point of contact between POS & trade partners in order to penetrate new market potentials. • Ensure first stock feeding to POS and monitor the stock level in order to develop an appropriate response to meet customer needs & sustainable stock level across POS. • Introduced & implemented of loyalty programs & proper complain handling resulting in significant engagement of POS. • Proper delivery of market feedback resulting in significant changes and developing of product’s features and increase stock uptake. • Worked closely with trade marketing developing brand visibility across POS level.

• Managing, proposing and quoting any orders the company to fulfill. • Working with marketing and selling team to enlarge the company market shear by providing pre-selling services. • Responsible for the customer on the technical problems. • Reporting directly to GM.
