• Assist in investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, near misses and illnesses by determining their causes and making recommendations to improve the level of prevention and control records. • Prepare and update weekly/monthly Safety reports by analyzing statistical data in to present them during the meetings with the Safety team monthly. • Assist in developing and maintaining the Safety Policies, Manuals, Standards Procedures, Safe Work Practices, and inspections for better implementation an effectiveness of the company Safety Programs. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations through inspections to maintain a safe work environment. • Control the individual's safety related behaviors by reviewing the safety inspection reports and taking the necessary action to ensure their abidance to the safety rules and regulations. • Participate in Safety internal audit plan to maintain company accreditations. • Prepare Safety performance data for statistical or trend analysis and report compilations to major the significant trends and occurrences. • Communicate safety regulations and work procedures by delivering Safety induction program, providing advice and guidance on Safety matters, and conducting Safety training on several topics to ensure awareness of the various safety requirements. • Communication with external safety parts to ensure site following safety standards and procedures • ⁠Supervision work of permit of external contractors and engineering and ensure the safety procedures during their work in the site.

Intern at Environment, Health & Safety Department.

I have volunteered in the department (Quality Improvement and Patient Safety) for two weeks in January 2022. I was exposed to different functions during volunteering including patient safety, risk management, and performance indicators. I had a focused work with the surgical quality team for the American College of Surgeons two programs which are the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) and the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) with data collection and entry.

I have done training in the Fire and Safety Department (under supervision of Eng. Ghassan Kalkhattawi, Safety Manager) of Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital, Jeddah. I performed and observed during my training were as follows: - Fire extinguisher drills - Evacuation drills - Safety and firefighting lectures - Fire safety devices - Fire safety codes .

The Master Health, Safety and Environment aims to provide individuals with the specialized skills and advanced knowledge required for professional practice or research in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Management (EM). The convergence of occupational health, safety and environmental management roles is common in the mining, manufacturing and construction industries where production processes have on-site and off-site impacts. This program consists of sixteen subjects divided between public health, occupational health, environment and safety. I specialised in Occupational Health and Safety and completed its six subjects, namely 1) Risk Assessment 2) Occupational Health and Safety Management 3) Occupational Hygiene and Toxicology 4) Occupational Health 5) Occupational Health and Safety Law and Policy 6) Human Facto and Ergonomic. In addition, I have completed four subjects related to Environmental Health and six subjects related to the Public Health Faculty.

I have studied this course to gain and develop my communication skills in health.The Graduate Certificate in communication for Health proviedes further improment in speaking, presenting, reading, and researching skills in health sector. To qualify for this certificate, I studied four subjects in one semester. The structure of this program is 1)Communication 1- 2)Communication 2 - 3)Epidemiology 4)Health Statistics
