Using advanced windows and scripting knowledge created the means to automatically write reports for time-sensitive signals of priority, thus increasing reporting timeliness by as much as 1,000% in peak periods. -Developed and implemented various Strait Transit Plans of Action maximizing collection, analysis and reporting efforts for USS Fitzgerald s Direct Support Element Team and provided Indications and Warning to the ship s Combat Information Center during all operations. Successfully organically collected, analyzed, and reported more Signals of Interest than any other strait transit to date by the USS Fitzgerald. -Lead and trained an eight member team in the authoring of over 400 time-sensitive reports in regards to sensitive mission operations in PACOM leading to the success of six fleet-wide efforts and Bravo Zulus from CTF70 Cryptologic Resource Coordinator (CRC) and Fleet/National Cryptologic entities.

The AROCC, Bagram, Afghanistan -Supported Aerial SIGINT operations for the entire Afghanistan area of operations using knowledge of geolocation, radio frequency propagation, modulation, demodulation, spectrum divisions, geolocation, and military fixed-wing aviation tactics, techniques and procedures. -Developed over 400 time sensitive reports to tactical units throughout the Afghanistan AOR increasing situational awareness and providing indications and warning for better overall positive battle space control. -Efforts resulted in the actioning of targets, the publication of over 100 serialized reports, and daily flight summaries which contributed to more efficient theatre wide resource allocation of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets and long term theatre-wide target development.
