* At Agrawal Publications (www.booksap.com), I have handled diverse roles: * HR and training- Structuring the sales team, designing their on-site policies and training them to become an ace marketing executives. * Research & Diversifying the business- Research and conducted surveys to understand the popular running courses, launched new course books by encouraging authors to join our organization. An year back, I also successfully launched children books from kindergarten to class 8 via a new company eduCart (www.eduCart.net) * Building a robust distribution model- I was also incharge of building attractive distributors scheme that lead to increase in sales generation. * Designing and production- As a product development head, I am incharge for approving the book cover designs and layouts. * ecommerce- Designed and launched my publication e-commerce website, which now generates revenue of Rs 60,000 per month from rural areas.

* As a founder, I am looking after multiple verticals. * Product research- Interacting & understanding the needs of users (educators & learners) & performing analysis of other similar products in the market to build a product that caters to their needs. * Product Development- Based on the research outcome, I build blue-prints of features that needs to be included in the product that are later executed by my product development team * Content writing- Developing good content gives momentum to your startup. Building and designing good content around my product is my top priority. * Marketing- I am currently handling social media marketing operations for my product. * Legal & financial requirements- I also look after procuring legal documents related to my startup and managing company financials to keep my company running.
