I've spent the last 7 years building, maintaining, supervising and making profitable the 2G and 3G network for rural telephony in Africa. -Between 2016 and early 2023, I personally built and managed the construction of 406 rural sites at AMN Cameroun Sarlu (Subsidiary of AMN Group). - I set up AMN Guinea Conakry, trained the engineers and managed the construction of the first rural sites in 2018. - I set up AMN Sudan, training engineers and managing the construction of the first rural sites in 2021. - I have set up AMN Côte d'ivoire, to train engineers and manage the construction of the first rural sites in 2022. - I set up AMN Rwanda, train engineers and manage the construction of the first rural sites in 2023. And today, I work as Country Manager for NuRAN Wireless Côte d'Ivoire. The best is yet to come!

What I am doing : - Create, maintain and manage deployment project plans. - Ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are in place. - Liaise with project manager and customer as required for scope, process and/or budget escalations. - Plan and manage resources, including own resources, sub-contractor requirements and tools are available and used correctly. - Monitor, track and ensure deliveries of equipment and installation materials. - Ensure availability and accuracy of deployment work orders and field field dispatch. - Being proactive, collaborative and creative in solving problems encountered by field teams. - Finalize acceptance of equipment installation with appropriate contractual documentation and generate acceptance documentation in accordance with acceptance protocol or agreement. - Monitor and optimize the performance of project teams and subcontractors.
