CFO Advisory: Provide comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, risk management, insurance, forecasting, financial accounting (IFRSs, IPSASs) and training to clients’ finance department. Management of external and internal audits including ICFR, SOXs, etc. Taxation: Preparation and filing of returns. Due Diligence: Carry out due diligence process by evaluating the financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic fit of potential investments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities. Financial Advisory: Develop and refine detailed financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) analyses, to evaluate potential investment opportunities. Valuation: Valuation of target companies by applying various methodologies, including comparable, precedent transactions, and intrinsic valuation models. Investment Memorandums: Preparation of investment memorandums and pitch decks, synthesizing financial data, market research, and strategic insights to present to senior management and potential investors.
