- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers. - Maintaining strong supplier relations. - Evaluating products and suppliers according to company criteria. - Mentoring and support of the new team members.

- Ensuring supply of materials required in production, preparing and sending purchasing orders for raw materials. - Determining if inventory quantities are sufficient for production, ordering more materials when necessary. - Negotiating with suppliers regarding procurement conditions (quantities, prices, deadlines, payment terms etc.). - Direct contact and cooperation with suppliers with the aim of resolving possible inconsistencies in documentation or raw materials, participation in claims to suppliers.

- Coordinate within the team - Controlling stocks - Supervising - Make sure the finished product meets the requirements - Daily communication with executives

- Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders - Plan equipment,material and manpower requirements to execute job orders - Communicate production status to Managers and Customers on regular basis

- Dealing with customers queries face to face, over the telephone or in writing - Serving customers at the counter - Understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and making sales - Processing paperwork from sales, change of customer details, closure of accounts
