On Job Trainee at PT. Sumatera Prima Fibreboard. (Production - Maintenance - Quality Control)

-Routine Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the boiler to check its physical condition, such as pressure, temperature and leaks. -Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to prevent system damage or failure, for example cleaning heating elements, replacing worn parts, and checking control systems. -Repairs: Handle repairs when problems occur, such as replacing valves, fixing leaks, or updating damaged parts. -Testing and Calibration: Perform testing and calibration of boiler instruments and controls to ensure optimal performance. -Maintenance Track Record: Records all maintenance and repair activities in a logbook for further documentation and analysis. -Safety Standards Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with applicable safety and -environmental regulations. -Training and Education: Ensure that operators and technicians are properly trained in boiler operation and maintenance according to established procedures. -Component Replacement: Replacing components that are no longer suitable for use or are worn out to ensure the reliability of the boiler system. -Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor boiler performance to identify potential improvements or increase efficiency. -Coordinate with the Team: Coordinate with other teams, such as boiler operators, supervisors, or facility managers, to maintain effective and efficient communication in carrying out maintenance tasks.

I was joined as a Student Intern in PT PLN Persero and I do the existing tasks that the employee there doing as well as applied the knowledge I had learned on my campus and made a research report on steam turbines and gas turbines at PT PLN PERSERO Indralaya Generator Unit.
