Developing AP metrics like ageing analysis, days payable outstanding, and invoice cycle time and reports. Collaborate with procurement treasury and GL team to ensure smooth month end closing and accurate financial reporting. Ensuring proper documentation and support for internal and external audits. Driving process improvements and automation to reduce manual work to enhance efficiency. Maintaining ERP integrity and work with IT to troubleshoot the issues. Performing RCA of client escalations and taking corrective action to prevent it from happening again.

SME of invoice processing and leading payments team along with that. POC for any first level escalations according to the escalation matrix. leading a team of 7 people, processing monthly incentives as per their productivity and monitoring teams productivity. Presenting the daily dashboard to the client and taking the MOM of the agenda. Performing RCA for escalations.

Indexing invoices from validation tools, and processing them in the Workplace. Reporting and publishing day end reports to leadership. POC for escalations on any issues related to invoice processing.
