- Handled Annual value of 6million USD transaction - Handling customer queries regarding sales and RFQ’s. - Based on request from customer, raw material pull-in and push-out activities. - Visiting customers frequently with field sales to understand and fulfill requirement. - Creating new vendor or customer creation using customized tools in ERP. - Proactively get the RFQ’s from supplier, consolidating the better RFQ’s received, negotiate for better price and share it to customer. - Negotiating with supplier for target price & for up charge if there is changes in the MOQ, MOV. - Requesting samples from suppliers & getting approvals/comments on the desired quality and maintaining approved quality in each and every stages of the production - Supplier performance monitoring on Monthly basis -Delivery, Quality, Costing, Response level. - To review debtors outstanding reports and their ageing analysis and support management. - Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns. - Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery. - Generating open order report to work on stocks, ageing inventory and incoming inventory. - Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution - Arranging Shipment based on EXW /FOB/ terms with co-ordination timely and accurate payment and account outstanding information.

Responsibilities: • Evaluated material requirements from MRP for preparing & processing purchase orders. • Procured A & B class parts and indirect materials from suppliers/stockiest/distributors. • Negotiated for Materials Cost / LT / SPQ / MOQ / Freight charges with suppliers. • Created Purchase requisitions & orders based on MRP and RFI/RFQ/RFP with Stockiest • Collaborated with customers, engineers, program admin to ensure operations efficiency. • Directed and coordinate all aspects of end to end procurement and logistics. • Assessed and maintained minimal excess inventory with strong supplier negotiations. • Coordinating with vendors & logistical operators for the actual delivery status of material. • Managing the POAN actions, AP challenges such as invoice/qty/price discrepancies • Managing MRB Receiving challenges and processing RMA/RTV effectively.
