• Recruit new individual contractor quarterly for all countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau and Australia). • Coordinate briefing with individual contractor for all countries. • Create schedule to perform assignments for all countries. • Follow up and analyse completed assignments from individual contractor. • Work closely with respective divisions for monthly update. • Assisting in monthly payment for individual contractor to ensure payments are made in a timely manner. • Plan schedule for briefing as well as performing assignments at all countries within the approved budget.

• Lead or support new/ existing project(s)/ product(s) initiated by the Company. • Assist in the product of Executive Search either as officer in charge or resume provider for job orders assigned. • Initiate or support external/ internal meetings/ activities, career fairs, industrial/ clients (locally or overseas). • Solicit and identify channels for sourcing suitable candidates. • Headhunting – identify and approach potential candidates through cold call. • Receive and review applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client. • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. • Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client. • Inform candidates about the results of their interviews outcome. • Assist and guide the candidates from the beginning till they report to work.
