I did Substation Long Range Planning for 9 months, simulating loads and load growth on circuits. Then I worked for 6 months in Customer Service and Infrastructure improving reliability for customers. This included line inspections, storm damage assessment, handling customer complaints, and creating orders to replace obsolete or damaged equipment.

This is a short-term volunteer commitment with EMI for the duration of one project in Kaliti Village, Uganda to design a primary school. Two weeks were spent onsite with a 16 member team completing the initial master plan. My responsibilities include participating in the electrical design, drafting electrical and civil designs, and communicating the design in a final report.
