Built and managed social media and email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand loyalty and consistent sell-outs. Recruited, trained and led event teams to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, service and safety. When live events paused during the pandemic, I was invited to co-present a weekly show on Release Radio, connecting with audiences through music, creativity and authentic conversation, and keeping the spirit of events and community alive during lockdown.

The company had just started to cover the area of South West and West London and so there was a very high element of sales involved.
