Develop an automated tank inspection reporting tool, which include drawing and visual inspection using Excel VBA • Inspection of above ground storage tanks against set criteria of inspection against API 653, MFL and NDT at various plants i-e. Refinaries, power plants, bulk oil storage facilities, lube blending plants, pharmacuitical sector and NGL plant. • Carrying out external visual inspection prior to shutdown for the static equipments including aboveground storage tank (Vertical cylindrical tanks, external floating roof tanks, internal floating roof tanks, horizontal tank, heat exchangers specific to witnessing of hydrotest.. • Formulate welding procedures, procedure qualification and manage welder qualifications • Prepare Project Quality Plan's, Inspection Test Plan's and reports • Inspect, monitor and supervise overhaul mechanical activities sub contracted to various parties during construction phase. • Carrying out initial, detailed and final internal visual inspection complemented with NDT examination for the static equipments including tanks etc. • Preparation of inspection reports/certificates with all findings, abnormalities and repair recommendations. Development of inspection plans/frequencies • Ensure full compliance with company safety regulations and HSE management systems. • Retirement thickness calculation, corrosion rate calculation, remaining service life calculation . • Selection of an appropriate inspection/NDT techniques as per codes/standards and specification. • Review of WPS, PQR, NDT, PWHT procedures & qualification of NDT technician. Inspect any completed repairs, modifications and/or replacement. Selection of an appropriate inspection/NDT techniques as per codes/standards and specification. • Advise on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection & testing requirements. • Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and NDT activities of plant equipments.

Lead to Fabrication as per Client NESPAK and Karachi Shipyard Recommendations and Standards of Structure, Piping Fabrication Codes and also Prepare All Quality Control related Documents, WPS, PQR, ITP, WQT, Fit-up, MTR & MTCs Welding and Painting Inspection reports to Client.  Ensuring the approved WPS is issued to the welder.  Ensuring the fit-up of the joints is according to the drawing before starting of the job.  Ensuring the welding Material MTCs before issuing.  Ensuring the filler metal size, type and classification confirm to the WPS.  Preparing inspection Reports at each stage of inspection.  Taking corrective action & maintain documentation & to review of quality control.  Ensuring the weld number and welder symbol is marked adjacent to the weld joint.  Attending repair activities after inspection.  Maintain the daily welding production report.  Raising the RFI, s.  Supervises and coordinates the NDT activities of projects for the area of competence, including inspection schedule and collection of NDT Reports.  Ensures that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to reference documentation and prepares detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with client and quality requirements  Checks daily and prior to start the onsite work, that environmental condition are adequate; otherwise promote measures to protect the work in accordance with all applicable safety standards.  Preforms budgeting and verification of NDT documentation.  In charge of NDT personnel while working in sites, hence for responsible for timely completion of the NDT and Documentations as per requirements.  Offering for repair welds based on the NDT results.  Monitoring & Performing, processing and Interpretation as per standards, forwarding the results to clients  Monitoring & Performing of DPT (Visible) as per requirements and specification.  Hardness testing carried out according to applicable code and Standards

Complete the task of 4.8 kilometers 6-inch flow line and Dismantling & erection on Next location of well head  Providing guidance and direction to the document control/management team.  Provide technical direction to construction supervision and craft.  Installation of Piping, structure and Equipment’s according to their design / Drawings. Planning of Inspection for fabrication with 100% R.T Piping job of New Ammonia Storage tank and Fire water lines.  Plan the overall job According to Client time line Quality Work.  Manage the all teams including qualified welder’s as per Client procedure.  Fabrication of all Drawings in Workshop except Field welds joints.  Complete the Radio Graphic testing of Joints and rectify the Cutout joints.  Batch wise drawings erection Started with Safety procedure on Top of New Ammonia Storage tank.  Coordinate with Client and 3rd Party Inspection teams for 100% R.T of welding of joints.  Manage the all reports including the Planning reports for Invoicing and R.T reports for Complete Job Dossier.

Work with Chines Consultant SUNNY Technology at Extension Project of CONTINUOUS GALVANIZING LINE (CGL) for Piping of overall plant. In piping job Furnace piping Hydraulic Units piping, Steam lines, Fume, Hot Air lines and other Utilities of PLANT SERVICES LINE fabrication, Erection and the commission of the Plant related to Piping jobs and the coordination with QAQC Dept. regarding daily inspection and fulfill QAQC requirement and procedures for overall piping invoices under the contractor work scope. Leading the execution team by arrangement of resources to execute the job i.e. manpower, equipment, materials etc.

Planning of overall shutdown work including the replacement of Furnace Economizer Tubes fabrication & erection with 100 % Radio Graphic (RT) welding procedure of overall tubes joints. Major Tasks of the shutdown replacement & fabrication of Preheater Duct Line & Expansion bellows fabrication, Erection and welding details of overall job.
