(review of kaizen's, improvement projects, red bin meeting etc...) • responsibility for achieving & presenting the profitability of the management in monthly MIS. • driving cost saving projects to raise the bottom line of profitability of division. • monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. • to ensure on time release of monthly and daily production. • schedules in synchronization with customers delivery requirement. • overseeing production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules & the process control. leading a team & attaining the monthly production targets by assigning targets &tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports department planning & budgeting.
