In this role I am responsible to develop Mid term and Long term Roadmap for BlokSeT Panels for India. BlokSeT is low voltage switchboard for power distribution and motor control up to 7000A, manufactured by Schneider Electric or our licensed partners, with great safety, reliability, dependability, and intelligence.

In this role I am responsible for ASCO Sales/BD for Northern and Eastern regions of India.

Fault is any external or internal disturbance due to which the solar PV system is not able to provide the required output as it is supposed to. Detection of these faults will lead to a better output of the system throughout. By detecting the fault one can make sure that the faults are removed and proper working of the PV system is ensured. In this project different types of faults in the Solar PV Systems are analyzed. The ways in which one can know about these faults and how these faults effect the output of the system are investigated. Simulations have been carried out to detect the faults. These simulations are done in Simulink software. The simulation results indicate the difference between the normal operation and the operation of the system under the fault. In addition, real time implementations are also made to detect the faults. These are done in LabVIEW software on a 1 KW panel by using a data acquisition system of NI. Simple Proposals have been made that shows some approach towards the fault analysis in the Solar PV system.

In this project we have numerically simulated DOUBLE GATE FETs and 3D GATE MOSFET structure through ATLAS device simulator. Analysis and comparative study of the electrical characteristics of DOUBLE GATE FETs and 3D GATE MOSFET with that of conventional SOI MOSFETs has been done. As CMOS scaling is approaching the limits imposed by oxide tunneling and voltage non-scaling, DOUBLE GATE FETs has become a important part of VLSI research. An analytical model is developed using ATLAS simulator to analyze short channel effects (SCE), potential distributions, impact ionization ,ion scattering ,hot electron effect ,sub threshold swing. Complete structure was designed and all possible errors were optimized.
