1) Responsible for getting the required oers and networks added in the system. 2) Responsible for making the oers ready to run for relevant teams by getting the suppression and asset addition completed within TAT. 3) Responsible to get oers updated as per notication from the network 4) Responsible to circulate oer update mail to all relevant stakeholders on daily basis 5) Responsible for Monthly Revenue Audit of all the networks 6) Work closely with Sr BDM/HOD and handle all the operation related tasks smoothly 7) Maintain seamless communication with all the internal stakeholders.

•Better understanding the product performance and creating new campaigns to drive more conversions. •Conversion Tracking & Optimization. •Maintain budget allotted and drive higher CTR. •Working on reports and Analyzing the performance of the campaign, Analyzing CTR, RELEVANCE SCORE, CTS, CR, AOV, CPT, CPC, ACTION RATE, ACOS etc. •Working on new ad formats which drive conversions for the business. •Prepare and analyze day-to-day Performance reports for a Better Understanding of the Campaign. •Adapting new features to improve conversion rate.

Assessing candidate profiles and resumes, filtering through applications received on Naukri or from other sources based on requirements Coordinating interviews: sending links, briefing about the interview process, checking audio/ connectivity for online calls, collecting interview feedback, etc. Internal Communication:- Updating Excel sheets with candidate information, interview status, feedback, etc. Answering queries from employees, etc. HRMS Portal Management:- Creating employee profiles Uploading monthly payslips Updating employee details Allotting/ approving leaves
