 * 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 • Employed in-house and public single cell and multi-omics datasets for characterization and prioritization of candidates for cardiometabolic and immuno-oncology workstream. * 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐌𝐎𝐀) • Led the functional genomics effort in collaboration with in vivo, immunology, flow core and computational biology teams to evaluate the MOA using mouse surrogate of the lead clinical molecule in an in vivo syngeneic mouse tumor model.
