Abhishek Verma Allamneni

Hi! I'm a Computer Science student at Texas State University who has spent over half of my life in the world of STEM. While my true passion lies in the world of project management and engineering, I was born and raised with a management background. For that reason, I approach nearly every engineering problem with a management intuition. Rather than trying to decipher the exact mechanism I'm going to use to solve a problem, I start by asking questions, trying to gather every possible event that lead up to that problem and only make a rough plan of which shows me the plan that I will follow. This mindset allows me to work in a fast, confident, and collaborative nature as I make every decision with an end goal in mind, and am not afraid to fail fast if the project permits. I always find myself combining disciplines my superiors never expect, and am therefore able to create new, innovative solutions that not only come together fast, but are uniquely viable. For that reason, I don't consider myself a typical Technical Project Manger, but rather a problem solver who can fill gaps on almost any team.
