Head & drive the Information Technology function and strategy vertical including IT infrastructure operations & Application management. With focus on developing IT strategies for the company to maximise end-user experience and future proofing the organisation. Also serves as IT security officer to maintain security standards with regard to company technology.

As a Head – IT at Artemis Hospitals, I shoulder onus of transforming existing IT departments and driving digital innovation initiatives in data driven business environment. I share effort in executing Mobile application (For paramedic staff and patients) and implement advanced modules in HIS without impacting the business and maintaining system service level. I direct budget plans for IT infrastructure Operations with a strong hold on capital costs to ensure effective transition and service delivery. With skills in business and data intelligence, I improve top level decisive ability by adopting BI and leveraging existing data to enhance tracking of customer trends. Further, I ensure smooth end to end project delivery (with onshore & offshore teams) by overseeing efficient resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance while interfacing with the clients to assess their critical business needs. In addition, I implement advanced IT security to mitigate risk, achieve compliance, spearhead business continuity and create secure environment. I joined Max Bupa as a Manager – IT and elevated to the position of Chief Manager – IT. Lastly, I held the position of General Manager – IT. As a General Manager, I was accountable for developing strategic IT plans focusing on increasing employee productivity while maintaining practical information security needs. I excelled in developing project plans, goals, and budgets while identifying resource requirement and creating schedules best results. I evaluated existing and outdated technology, information systems and recommendable corrective change measures after conducting a thorough research. With skills in directing the design, development, and maintenance of systems and programs, I networked with manufacturing units of IT Dept., and conducted FIT/GAP analysis supply chain management and distributions to meet the business requirement. Additionally, I possess dexterity in people management and thereby; I planned and controlled staffing needs, hired professional with best capability and provided them with environment and programs to scale their growth and contribute to the business. My career highlights included successful elimination of outdated business practices, enabled cost reduction through efficient vendor management and material control, procured IT Gadgets and drove tasks related to Non-IT/IT procurement for organization PAN India.
