At Stripe, I lead and scale an operations team at the intersection of global money movement and the businesses building on Stripe. I’m currently focused on Bridge, a platform that enables businesses to move money globally using stablecoins and makes cross-border payments faster, more reliable, and more programmable.My team supports businesses integrating with Bridge and acts as a key interface between users and internal teams. We work closely with Engineering and bring in Product, Sales, and Compliance teams as needed to resolve complex issues, improve reliability, and ensure a seamless experience. I focus on building the processes, systems, and team capabilities needed to scale a high-growth product.Previously, I built and scaled operations across trust, safety, and compliance in global e-commerce at Amazon. My experience spans fraud prevention, compliance, and trust and safety, building systems that protect customers, reduce losses, and strengthen platform trust.I’m particularly interested in how strong operations can become a strategic advantage, helping businesses move faster, operate reliably, and scale globally in an increasingly internet-native economy
