• Track and provide regular EHS Performance reporting to the management team. • Leading management safety tour on daily basis. • Report Accident/incident. Do root cause analysis. Sharing feedback on lessons learned and best practice from own unit and across plant to management and employees. • Prepare and review hazard identification and risk assessment (RA) for all operations and business area. • Compiling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and acting as a bridge to control / mitigate these. • Prepare and review permit system as per activities. • Drive behavioral change through implementing group-wise performance improvement programs and practices locally to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as strong focus on environment throughout the respective organization. • Ensure appropriate safety equipment and tools. • Apprised the management periodically about EHS Performance. • To Prepare EHS Budget. • To organize EHS Awareness training program for company and contract employees. • Maintain all process parameters of safety • Safety audit and safety tour etc. • To ensure all statutory applicable requirements such as ETP, STP, GPCB, GFR, (1948 FA) etc. • Ensure to effective working of EHS Comities etc. • Conducting mock drills for awareness and educate to employees about factory emergences. • Responsible for 5S & Kaizen, Continual Improvements. • Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting, Factory emergencies. • Execution of material handling task successfully and safely such as loading, unloading and non-standard consignment by making of engineering lifting plan and diagram such as ODC. • Implementations and sustains of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM-JH). • Prepare and review Job safety analysis (JSA) as per activities. • Responsible for New Safety initiatives and sustenance the same for the organizations. • Successfully implementation of online safety platform for reporting and closing of safety near misses, acts and condition across the site such as M-Safe, Gensuite etc. • Responsible for IMS Audits, Documentation and OH&S Management system.
