My proactive management of these programs has delivered tangible benefits, marking a positive shift in the organization's strategic HR framework. In addition, my responsibilities have extended to overseeing the global HR audit as the point of contact for India, managing a diverse range of product lines and geographic locations. My expertise in this role has been demonstrated through my meticulous management of timelines and deliverables, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in audits. This has not only improved the compliance landscape but also optimized HR processes across the board, underscoring my capability to handle complex, multi-faceted projects effectively.
